A Middle-aged Woman Died On The Spot As A Result Of A Car And Motorbike Collision On Myitkyina ShweLanMa Road

An eyewitness said that when a woman was hit by a car in front of Smile KTV, ShweLanMa Road, and the accused driver sped off and ran away in Myitkyina, Kachin State.

At around 8 o’clock this morning, a motorcycle accident occurred and the woman who fell down from the motorbike was hit again by the unknown car owner who was driving behind her, causing the woman’s head to be crushed and died on the spot.

The deceased woman is Daw Win Win Hlaing, who is around 30 years old and she was working as a clerk at the Jinghpaw Ayar gate in Myitkyina Bus station and encountered this incident on her way to work.

The body of the deceased was sent to the Myitkyina Mortuary by the Myitkyina team of the Myanmar Social Relief Association in Kachin State.

According to Hu Gaung Thu, there have been at least 30 vehicles accidents in Myitkyina Township in February, and at least 4 people have lost their lives due to the vehicles accidents.
