All The Remaining Trapped People From The Village Of Aung Myay(1), Aung Myay(2) and Shwe Nyaung Pin Have Been Evacuated

All the residents of Aung Myay(1), Aung Myay(2) and Shwe Nyaung Pin villages, who were trapped for about a week during the clashes, were evacuated today on March 13th.

Officials from various congregations and PCG officials have been able to evacuate the people trapped during the clashes along the Myitkyina-Bhamo highway since last March 7th. And they were also able to evacuate most of the trapped locals from Aung Myay (1) village on last 9th of March 2024.

Today, on March 13th, almost a week later, they were able to evacuate the trapped people from Aung Myay (2) Village and Shwe Nyaung Pin Village again.
