Bhamaw Battles Continue; Some Military Camps Recaptured

It is reported that ongoing battles continue between the KIA allied forces and the military council troops in the Bhamaw area, with some military camps being recaptured. Since 5 a.m. on October 10, clashes have persisted in the Bhamaw area between the KIA and the military council forces, with the KIA successfully recapturing several camps previously occupied by the military council.

Additionally, on October 9, the KIA allied forces also launched counterattacks and recaptured three military camps located 2 and 3 miles from Bhamaw village. In the intensifying battles in the Bhamaw area, the military forces have been daily shelling and attacking with airplanes, drones, and heavy weapons, while KIA forces have likewise responded with heavy weapons and drones.

Similarly, near Malang village in the Hpakant region, the military reportedly launched more than 30 airstrikes around 8 a.m. on October 10 using a Y-12 aircraft.
