The KIO’s first batch of police officers’ training graduation ceremony was held at 9 a.m. on July 23 at the KIO central headquarters in Laiza.

During the training, police trainees learned about essential procedures and laws, criminal investigation, intelligence gathering, public service, and how to be police officers who benefit the community.

The course ran for six months beginning in January, accepting only drug-free youth over 18 years old who had at least passed the tenth grade, and was conducted at the designated training site.

A total of 69 trainees graduated, including five women. It was also announced that the police officer training program will continue to be conducted.
