The weather department said that storm clouds are forming in Kachin State, Upper Sagaing Region, and southern and eastern Shan State. Because of this, there may be rain, strong winds, and unusual weather.

Along the path of these clouds, there may be heavy rain, strong winds, thunder, lightning, and hail. People are advised to be careful.

In the next two days, rain may fall in Kachin State, Upper Sagaing Region, Tanintharyi Region, Chin State, Mon State, and Shan State.

People are advised not to work in open areas, and not to stay under trees or electric poles. They should also make sure their homes, schools, and camps are strong and safe. When strong winds happen, people should stay inside buildings.
